Monday:

4pm - Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is for any level practitioner seeking a slower-paced class. It is accessible to everyone with minimal risk of injury. The majority of the time is spent in floor postures with a short standing sequence. It’s designed to help relieve stress and dissolve tension in the body. This class will help you gain flexibility gradually and cultivate mind/body awareness.

5:30pm - Elemental Flow w/Sound Bath

A transformative and immersive yoga experience that harmonizes the elements of nature with the power of sound, offering a truly unique journey for body, mind, and spirit. In this class, you will explore the profound connection between your inner self and the elemental forces that surround us. Each sequence is inspired by one of the five classical elements - earth, water, fire, air, and ether - guiding you through a fluid and dynamic vinyasa practice that embodies the qualities of that specific element.

Tuesday

6:30pm - Heated Fire Flow

Sally teaches a dynamic vinyasa flow focused on igniting your inner fire! She will guide you through asanas to help bring balance to your mind and body. This class relies on yoga theory to fuse together heat building postures and gentle stretches helping to cultivate mindful movement patterns.

*For our warm classes, we heat the studio to reach between 80-85°

Thursday:

6pm - Ashtanga Primary Series (short form)

The Ashtanga vinyasa primary series is the first of six in the ashtanga yoga system. Each series is a fast-paced sequence of postures including sun-salutations, standing postures, seated postures, backbends and inversions. The Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa, meaning yoga therapy or yoga for health, because of the cleansing and strengthening effect it has on both body and mind.  Ashtanga is a rigorous practice, but anyone with previous yoga experience is welcome to attend. Students are encouraged to honor their bodies by modifying poses and taking breaks as needed. The sequence taught in this class is a shortened form of the full primary series, with several of the seated postures excluded in order to fit the class into one hour. Eve has been practicing and teaching this short form of the Ashtanga primary series since 2021.

*For our warm classes, we heat the studio to reach between 80-85°

5:30pm - Warm Yin+

Immerse yourself in a practice that will shift you away from the dominance of your “flight or fight” nervous system and allow you to access a more peaceful state. Using Yin yoga as a framework and infused with yoga therapeutics and breathwork, this class offers the perfect blend for those of all levels who are seeking to create lifestyle balance. Yin Yoga focuses on basic postures that are held for extended periods of time, minimizing muscle activity, and reaching deep into the connective tissues of the body. This meditative practice incorporates deep breathing, stillness, and slow stretching to release tension in both the body and mind. Yin Yoga is meant to serve as a complementary practice to our mostly “yang” lifestyles. Yin+ will not only enhance mindfulness but will optimize performance and flexibility in both your body and mind.

Saturday:

8:30am - Vinyasa w/yin

This class is a fusion of two popular styles of yoga, Vinyasa with Yin. We get our heart rate up by moving through a series of postures helping to tone muscles. Then, we slow it down and stretch into connective tissue holding floor poses 2-3 minutes. Here, we’ll add the Yin to the Yang for a more wholesome practice. A beautifully balanced class where you’re encouraged to reach your edge always listening to your body’s needs. Feel your personal power by learning to steady the mind, focus your breath, and discover ultimate presence!

“I am new to Yoga. I was in search of a studio where I could feel comfortable. I was fortunate to have stumbled into Bodhi Yoga as it is in my neighborhood. I have taken classes from both Megan and Andreas. Both of them were as knowledgeable as they were welcoming. The classes were enjoyable but challenging enough that I was left with a sense of accomplishment. I look forward taking more classes at Bodhi Yoga and working with the staff as I learn about and develop my own yoga practice.” -William S.

“Lovely, beachy-themed studio! Awesome variety of classes. Love that the yoga classes are practiced holistically for mind and body wellness rather than just a workout class.” -Ally K.

“Bodhi is infused with so much love and intention. Their mission truly is to support humanity's journey. They assist in balancing mind, body, and spirit through various fun and exciting practices such as ecstatic dance, kirtan & cocoa, yoga asanas, singing bowl meditations, breath work, massage, and reiki to name a few. It is an ever evolving and beautiful space that welcomes the new. It is a safe space to come rest, relax, recharge, and release the burdens of the world.” - Amy S.

“One of the best yoga experiences in my life! Will definitely be going again. The ambiance is perfectly paired with the teachers voice and energy. It was a good flow, but not overwhelming for the start of a day. Perfect for a beginner like myself or someone more advanced. Highly recommend!” -Haley B.
